Ezequiel Adamovsky's picture
Ezequiel Adamovsky Ezequiel Adamovsky After graduating at the University of Buenos Aires, he obtained a PhD from University College London. He is currently Professor at the History Departments of the University of San Martín and the University of Buenos Aires, and Researcher of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Research (CONICET), Argentina’s highest research public body. He was also Guest Researcher at the CNRS in Paris, and has been invited to teach in other universities in Argentina and abroad. His academic research has been mainly in the field of intellectual history, with studies referring to Europe and also to middle and lower class identity in Argentina.

Federico M. Rossi fedemr Federico M. Rossi (PhD, European University Institute) is a Research-Professor of CONICET at the School of Politics and Government of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Rossi has been visiting researcher at New York University and the Universidade de Brasília, and a postdoctoral fellow at Tulane University. His work has been published in Latin American Politics and Society, International Sociology, Latin American Perspectives, Social Movement Studies, and Desarrollo Económico, among others. He is the coeditor of "Social Movement Dynamics" (Ashgate, 2015), and the author of a forthcoming book in Cambridge University Press.

Ha recibido becas del CIUNT, CONICET y DAAD para realizar investigaciones vinculadas con el estudio de la pobreza y la salud infantil. Ha publicado artículos y capítulos de libros en Argentina, Brasil, México, Colombia, Alemania y España. Su lugar de trabajo es el Instituto Superior de Estudios Sociales (CONICET - UNT) en la ciudad de San Miguel de Tucumán. Se desempeña actualmente como investigador asistente del CONICET.

He earned his Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego in 2013. His research interests are comparative politics, political economy, and quantitative methods. His current research projects include detecting different forms of electoral manipulation in developing democracies; measuring the effects of vote-buying in Latin America; identifying the effects of perceptions on electoral integrity in Mexico; and analyzing the consequences of elections in non-democratic countries.
